We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager cum Sales professional to oversee day-to-day operations and drive sales growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong operational expertise and sales acumen, with the ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business functions.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of different departments to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on progress.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service delivery.
• Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management and sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
