We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Operations Executives. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the successful sale of products or services.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the Holiday Homes sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality businesses, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies, and use this information to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including hotel amenities, linens, furniture, and other supplies, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience.
• Valid UAE driving license
