We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support and enhance our sales processes and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights. This role requires a strong analytical background, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Shall be responsible for Consolidation of sales data for monthly reporting of KPI\'s.
- Assist the sales and finance on accounts receivables by directly following up with customers.
- Conduct End-to-End customer invoicing.
- Support Sales Team for Bid Management and Vendor Management during sales cycle.
- Coordinate the purchase process.
- Responsible for new recruitment (Workflow creation and follow up of approval process for onboarding)
- Assist the Regional Head for Sales review.
- Maintain monthly invoicing report.
- Validate legal documents of both Customers and internal for customer onboarding.
- Support in coordinating VISA for consultants travelling to international projects
- Ability to revise existing reports by bringing in automation.
- Ability to provide inputs to senior leadership by administrating the sales performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with functions like Finance, Human Resources and central functions to strengthen the process and troubleshooting in case of queries.
- Ability to conduct internal status meetings to keep track on business progress
- Master\'s degree or MBA
3 -5 years of experience in IT Industry.Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for Business/Data Analysis, reporting and automation.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills.
