As an entry level Sales Opener, you will specialize in lead generation for our Inside Sales Team. This role will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify and qualify if leads have an IRS issue, understanding of needs, and clarify information. Build and engage rapport with potential customers Input detailed notes into CRM Meet target goals Requirements and skills 1-2 years of previous experience in a sales opener role Experience with, and/or being comfortable making outbound phone calls is a must! Excellent English grammar with the ability to communicate verbally and written form with leads Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to overcome objections Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
