The post holder will be responsible for all sales activities and customer accounts within a designated area of the UAE. They will work with existing customers to ensure maximum sales potential is achieved and will develop new sales channels and customer accounts. They will be the ambassador for the company and product brands in the area and will be responsible for new product introductions and brand awareness. They will lead and support campaigns, exhibitions and promotions initiated by the company.
They will handle daily sales orders and follow up on their execution as well as ensure timely payments and credit control and recovery. They will provide regular reports and surveys on the customers as well as competitor activity to evaluate market trends and inform management strategy.
They will respond to customer claims and complaints and liaise with the technical engineers to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction. They will help educate and train customers for the correct product selection, application and maintenance of the products as well as help obtain performance testimonials.

• Experience with outdoor business to business sales.
• Experience with customer service and relationship management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven capability of team working in dynamic and competitive environments.
• Industry and product knowledge.
