Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Promote and sell company products/services to potential and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of UAE market trends and regulations.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
