Sales Officer ( Printers)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and proactively acquire new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new market opportunities.
• Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales approaches and product positioning.
• Customer Service:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the printer cartridge or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Printer Cartridge Toner Remanufacturing: 3 years (Required)
• IT hardware sales: 3 years (Required)
• Sales in same industry: 3 years (Required)
• Stationery supplies sale: 3 years (Required)
