We Are Hiring!!!! Position: Sales Officer - Personal Loans We GO Finance, seek a dynamic and results-oriented Candidate with UAE experience to join our team Walk- In Interview:

- Location: Office 112-GO Finance, Garhoud Business Center- Near GIGICO Metro station, Dubai, UAE

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals, preferences, and eligibility for personal loans.
- Present and promote personal loan products to potential clients, emphasizing features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Educate clients about loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and associated fees.
- Customize loan proposals based on clients\' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, including gathering required documentation and completing paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to expedite loan approvals and ensure a smooth loan closing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting personal lending.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of sales success in the financial services industry, preferably in personal loans or consumer lending.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products, credit assessment, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Strong ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements governing financial services.
