Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Male Sales Officer to join our Business Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. He should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Present and promote business center services to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the business center.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business center, real estate, or commercial leasing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
