Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Officer to promote and sell our innovative technology-based solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, including healthcare providers, mental health organizations, and clinics, to introduce them to the benefits of our cutting-edge technology. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide detailed information, and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
Responsibilities: Researching and identifying potential customers Identify and target new sales opportunities in the mental health and healthcare sectors. Present and demonstrate the solution to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Contacting potential leads via networking and cold calling Presenting company's products and services to existing and new customers Explaining product benefits to the customers and advising them on their purchasing decisions Use of ERP systems Lead Generation Building and maintaining long-term customer relations Addressing any customer queries, complaints, and requests Coordinating with the Account Representative to develop customer accounts. Negotiating sales contract terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors
Key Skills: Ability to liaise with top level personnel Strong communication skills, Passion for innovation in healthcare, Experience in B2B sales. Experience in healthcare or technology sales and UAE driving license is an added advantage. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Proven experience in Lead Generation Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Additional International language skills will be an added advantage. Own Visa will be an added advantage but not compulsory. Excellent networking skills Ability to provide excellent customer service
