Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their needs.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance and progress against targets.
Regularly update the sales pipeline and forecast sales activities.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services.
Effectively present and demonstrate products to clients.
Ensure customers are well-informed about product features, benefits, and usage.
Sales Administration:
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Complete all necessary sales paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales leads, and other relevant data in CRM software.
Market Analysis:
Identify market trends, competitors, and potential customer needs.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (typically 1-3 years).
