We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team. A significant part of the role will involve cold calling and business development outreach to generate new leads and potential clients - Agents and Real Estate Agencies. As such, we are looking for a candidate with strong telephone sales skills and the ability to excel at remote communication. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing new client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new leads .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (Real Estate Agencies and Agents), ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the sales process.
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Develop a sales strategy, including cold calling, door-to-door selling, and product demonstrations.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Effectively manage negotiations and close deals.
Maintain sales records and meet sales targets, as well as present managers with regular updates.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and the latest industry developments.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, legal) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Prepare accurate reports and regular sales forecasts.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network.
• Attend Real Estate Agencies and present our services to them.
• Conclude agreements with Agencies for Listing services.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales--preferably in real estate or a related field.
Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new leads.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of local property market conditions and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone sales andnegotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English language.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, etc.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media in real estate.
