We are looking for a Sales Officer with extensive experience in spare parts sales and a strong engineering background. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive sales in the spare parts sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the spare parts market for engineering products and services.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with technical support and tailored spare parts solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Use your engineering knowledge to advise customers on the best spare parts for their specific machinery, equipment, or systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current on product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends to effectively position our spare parts solutions to customers.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, report on progress, and provide forecasts using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably within an engineering or industrial sector.
• Technical Background: Strong engineering background (degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) with the ability to understand technical product details and customer requirements.
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities in the spare parts or engineering field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and other sales tracking software.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, logistics, and customer service.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
