Work Responsibility
• He/She should assist the manager in developing a business strategy that will help in achieving the sales targets outlined by the company.
• He/She should implement effective plans that will help his team members to improve the sales figures.
• He/She should come up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products.
• He/She should constantly communicate with the team members to understand their issues and resolve them. He/She should try to tap their strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training.
• He/She should provide an appropriate feedback to the sales manager regarding the performance of his members.
• You have to complete your work within given time and need to justify your salary.
• He/She is actively involved in recruiting and training the new sales professionals.
• To maintain accurate reports of the sales target achieved by each member in the team and help them in achieving their sales target.
• To ensure that the sales targets have either been met or exceeded.
• To delegate the work according to the priority so that maximum sales are recorded.
• To provide refresher trainings periodically to brush up the selling skills and inspire them to achieve more sales.
• To be able to tap and identify new potential market areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
