Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Officer with a preference for candidates with experience in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet the company's targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Present and promote the company's financial products and services to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through active engagement in client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Handle client queries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial sector (banking, insurance, investments, Forex, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Understanding of financial products and services is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
