:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Merchandiser with proven experience in sales and merchandising within the Abu Dhabi market . The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food industry , experience handling both modern trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and traditional markets (groceries, convenience stores) , and a track record of exceeding sales targets .
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and traditional markets in Abu Dhabi.
? Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and shelf management to maximize visibility and sales.
? Monitor and manage stock levels , ensuring timely replenishment.
? Implement and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
? Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
? Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets .
? Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure brand standards are maintained.
? Ensure compliance with store display guidelines and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in sales & merchandising within Abu Dhabi's food market .
? Experience in both modern trade (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) and traditional trade (local groceries, convenience stores, etc.) .
? Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
? Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills .
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
? Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000\.00 - AED6,000\.00 per month
