Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to manage and coordinate sales orders from start to finish. You will work closely with production, procurement, printing, and QC teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of orders. This role requires clear communication and effective management of multiple tasks under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management : Receive job orders via WhatsApp, understand requirements, and clarify any doubts.
• Coordination : Work with the production and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are available. Liaise with the printing team to meet all printing requirements.
• Quality Control : Ensure all products meet quality standards, inspecting for defects and printing errors.
• Packing & Shipment : Oversee packing and ensure timely delivery within specified timelines.
• Communication : Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working with all teams and handling multiple tasks under pressure.
Requirements:
• Experience : Prior experience in sales merchandising, production, or similar role preferred.
• Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Skills : Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of merchandising and production processes.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to review orders and ensure products meet quality standards.
