Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Sales Merchandiser

to manage product displays, stock levels, and sales strategies for our

FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

products. The role involves ensuring optimal product visibility, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising & Display:

Ensure FMCG products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for maximum visibility.

Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate replenishments.

Sales Growth:

Work closely with store teams to drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Store Visits:

Conduct regular visits to retail stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets to check stock availability and product placement.

Promotional Execution:

Implement promotional campaigns, set up in-store displays, and ensure proper pricing and labeling.

Competitor Analysis:

Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to provide market insights.

Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with store managers and sales staff to negotiate better product positioning.

Reporting:

Maintain records of sales, inventory, and merchandising activities and submit reports to the sales team.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years in FMCG sales or merchandising.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of FMCG merchandising best practices. Ability to analyze sales data and suggest improvements. Good organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, and arrange stock when required.

Driving License:

Preferred for field visits.
