Key Responsibilities: 1. **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels of various products and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking. 2. **Product Placement:** Arrange products on shelves and displays according to planograms and merchandising guidelines to optimize visibility and accessibility. 3. **Visual Merchandising:** Implement attractive and appealing product displays to highlight promotions, seasonal items, and new arrivals. 4. **Price Tagging:** Ensure accurate pricing of products and update price tags as needed, adhering to pricing policies and guidelines. 5. **Promotional Activities:** Assist in executing promotional campaigns, including setting up promotional displays, signage, and in-store advertisements. 6. **Customer Service:** Provide assistance to customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations. 7. **Stock Rotation:** Monitor expiration dates and ensure the rotation of products to maintain freshness and minimize waste. 8. **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store aisles, storage areas, and display shelves to create a pleasant shopping environment. 9. **Sales Analysis:** Track sales performance of various products and categories, providing feedback to management on product popularity and trends. 10. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with store management, sales associates, and other merchandising team members to achieve store objectives and targets.
