We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to meet sales target by providing shelf management services.
• Plan and merchandise strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
• Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
• Setting up attractive product displays
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
• Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
• Networking with relevant stakeholders.
• Searching for new business opportunities
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product stock
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budget
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
•The qualifications required for this role are as follows: •
• Proven experience in Merchandising
• Must have Driving License
• Must have Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
