Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead and unify our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will oversee cohesive strategies, ensure growth, and amplify brand visibility while managing our digital presence and engaging with a global audience.

In this role, you will create and implement marketing and sales plans, provide team leadership, and ensure performance goals are met. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of a startup redefining Arabic education.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Management

• Supervise and lead the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to align with company goals.
• Drive business development and customer acquisition efforts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies.
• Foster a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Marketing & Digital Presence

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives.
• Oversee content creation for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant posts.
• Optimize website performance through SEO and implement affiliate marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into campaigns.
• Plan and execute creative campaigns to promote brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure content quality and consistency.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Set performance targets and KPIs for both sales and marketing teams.
• Provide mentorship, fostering teamwork and innovation across departments.
• Manage the marketing and sales budget effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams across sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in education, training, or language-related industries is a plus.
