Our client, a trading company in perfumes & attar raw materials is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager for their office based in Sharjah.Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior management team to develop sales strategies and action plans that align with the company's objectives and market trends in the perfume industry.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to enhance their selling skills and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to secure business opportunities and maximize sales volume.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels, to expand the company's market presence.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the company's perfume raw material products, their unique selling points, and the competitive advantages they offer to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, ensuring that all customers\' needs are addressed professionally.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions, networking with potential clients and partners to expand business opportunities.

Education & other requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A specialization in Sales or Perfume Marketing is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE perfume industry
• Strong understanding of the perfume market, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary: AED 15000 - 20000Working days: Mon to Sat - 2nd and 4th Saturday offWorking hours: 9:30am to 6pmTeam members to manage: 4Location: Sharjah Free Zone - SAIF Zone
