This position is primed for growth, reports to the General Manager, and will interact closely with the factory leadership team. The incumbent will have top Management responsibility across corporate and operational of sales & marketing.Job Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Defining the general objectives of the company to determine the marketing objectives of each business unit in the company.
Contributing to determining the strengths and weaknesses of the company to identify the available marketing opportunities and challenges or problems that must be contributed to investment as a purpose or solve them as challenges.
Building a comprehensive database on markets and competitors and everything related to competitors and their products and prices and marketing plans.
Design and implementation of surveys or field studies related to consumers and competitors or industry conditions in general.
Analyze competitors\' prices while identifying and developing methods and evidence.
Promote the company\'s products to existing customers and attract new customers.
Obtain purchase orders from customers and follow-up delivery on time.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the products provided.
Permanent communication with customers and good handling and product delivery in the best way.
Covering all customers across the geographical area.
Collect the company\'s receivables and follow-up debts from customers without delay.
Provide regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, offers, new products, and advertising.
Ensure the achievement of the company\'s sales and marketing objectives.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in corrugation & packaging sales & marketing inside the country.
Very strong communication skills.
Very strong presentation skills.
Team leadership.
UAE experience is mandatory.
