Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve company targets.
Lead Generation and Conversion : Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into satisfied customers.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.

Qualifications
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the electrical lighting industry.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
