We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at West Golden Cargo LLC . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, encompassing digital marketing and local marketing initiatives . Additionally, basic technical knowledge is required to support our online presence and enhance our marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

- Coordinate and oversee local marketing activities, such as events, sponsorships, and community engagement programs.

- Utilize basic technical knowledge to analyze website performance, manage digital marketing tools, and support online marketing initiatives.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing tools and strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the logistics or related industry.

- Proficiency in web development using Wordpress.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, with proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

- Basic technical knowledge to support website analytics and digital marketing platforms.

- Experience in managing local marketing initiatives and community engagement.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and apply insights effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
