Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our travel and tourism services.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
3. Brand Management:
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and media outlets.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
