Department: Sales and Marketing- Clinics and SPAs

Job Summary and Objectives(responsibilities)

Create the Clinics and SPAs sales and marketing plan accordingly

• Manage and supervise marketing and sales department including Sales team, Marketing team and Digital Marketing
• Manage digital Marketing and coordinate with agencies
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs & Gather feedback from customers
• Identify the sales targets and achieve it
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing Service to the market.
• Analyzing Marketing and Sales budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
• Preparing sales and Marketing reports and conducting performance meetings
• Follow up and working closely with the operation managers and clinics heads to achieve their targets
• Increase market share and Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, partnerships, networking and social media,
• Conducting out door sales activities
• Set up meetings with potential clients and Patterners
• Business development activities - long term sales plans
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, Team performance and financial data
• Ensure the Quality of the services for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate, Train and develop team members to achieve better results
• Manage CRM System among Clinics and SPAs

Minimum Requirements:

. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (3 years+) in UAE

Graduation from relevant field.

. Proficiency in English

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM apps
• Thorough understanding of Sales and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE service sector(Hospital or hospitality): 3 years (Preferred)
