Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management : Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook. Create and curate content to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
• Sponsored Advertisements : Design and implement effective sponsored ad campaigns on social media platforms to drive awareness and attract new clients.
• Event Management : Plan, organize, and execute events and promotions to boost salon and spa visibility. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful event execution and post-event analysis.
• Filming and Photography : Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon and spa services, events, and client testimonials. Edit and produce engaging visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Graphic Design : Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements. Ensure consistency with the salon and spa's branding.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing-related activities.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, including TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Expertise in creating and managing sponsored ad campaigns.
• Strong event planning and management skills.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
