As a Sales & Marketing at MD Design & Fit-Out, you will be a vital link between our clients and our company. You will be a key ambassador of our company, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial real estate, event management or construction.
Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients.
Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.
At least 1 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
Strong sales training within employer of choice environments will be highly regarded.
Providing exceptional customer service, Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients\' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to create customized interior fit-out proposals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Identifying and prospecting potential customers, Research and target new clients, businesses, or industries to expand the company\'s customer base.
Building and maintaining relationships, establish strong rapport with existing clients and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals, skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
Meeting sales targets, set and achieve sales goals, regularly monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi language.
Preferrable MBA, BBA, BBM qualification.

Previous experience in sales, contact center or customer support in Fitout fields.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
