- Sales and marketing esecutive ( MEP Contracting and switchgear ) \xe2\x80\x93 3 No. (based in RAK / northern Emirtaes )
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain new clients, customers & establish new accounts
- Plan and review sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Understand client needs and requirements and arrange techno-commercial proposals
- Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified, quoted, and followed.
- Providing periodic updates on achievement and progress
- Build an extensive industry network with the clients & stakeholders.
- Achieve the assigned KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and targets of Sales and Business Development.
- Engage in Business Development activities as assigned by management
- Gather information and statistics on market trends and competition.
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing
- 3 - 5years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in selling switchgear Products . Proven track record in selling MEP contracting & Switch gear Products
- Must have an existing customer base in Government, Semi Government & Private Clients in Infra structure project, Industrial Project Crusher , cememnt & Other Industries
- UAE Driving license (MUST)
- Age \xe2\x80\x93 20 to 35 years
- An attractive incentive package will be applicable over and above the salary. Incentives will be linked to Targets which will be communicated
