Job Description

We are looking for a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at DE BARRO INTERIORS DESIGN LLC, a leading provider of interiors fit-out, carpentry, and design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts, enhancing the company's brand presence, and generating new leads within the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:*

1. Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, with a focus on increasing market share and generating revenue.

- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.

- Lead sales negotiations, conduct presentations, and manage client meetings to close sales opportunities.

- Provide expert advice on fit-out designs, carpentry services, and interior solutions, ensuring client needs are met.

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Marketing & Branding:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract potential clients.

- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, project portfolios, digital content, and case studies showcasing the company's work.

- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, and digital advertising to ensure a strong brand presence.

- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and partners.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep marketing strategies competitive and relevant.

Key Skills and Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 2 year experienced in the same industry.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the interiors fit-out, carpentry, or design industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

- Strong understanding of interior design, carpentry, and fit-out services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
