Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase sales, and enhance our brand presence. The Sales Marketing Representative will work closely with marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Marketing Activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and create content to engage with the target audience.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Client Relationship Management
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Marketing Representative, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in [Marketing or Medical ].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
