About Us:
We are a well-established interior Fitout firm in Dubai, specializing in delivering exceptional design solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our brand presence and driving business growth in the competitive UAE market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase business opportunities.
• Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and design professionals.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) to promote our services.
• Participate in and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the interior Fitout, construction, or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and traditional marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other marketing software.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must for this position.
• UAE experience is a plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid sponsor visa .
