We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present our accounting and bookkeeping solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term customers.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate on search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising campaigns to increase online presence.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in professional services or startups.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and SEO.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping services is a plus.
