Job Description

Required experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with comprehensive expertise of Hotel Supplies in Guestroom, Housekeeping, Amenities, Accessories, Kitchen and linen items.

What will you be doing?

As the Sales & Marketing Executive, will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel.
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and related tasks set by the management.
• Develop sales plans and maintain and develop customers in the region or industry they are responsible for according to the plan, understanding customer needs through telephone sales, face-to-face visits and other forms, achieving sales.
• Conducting regular sales evaluations to ensure achieves the sales target, will be responsible for achieving the sale target.
• Monitor the output value of sales and adjust sales actions according to market changes.
• Set personal sales goals and select key customers.
• Ensure that effectively complete quotations, send contracts to customers and follow-up promptly, visiting the hotels.
• Proactively collect market and industry information to share with other members of the Sales team, capturing business opportunities and ultimately converting to business confirmations.
• Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key customers.
• Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication between the Sales team and the hotels.
• Sales Executive shall be familiar with hotel products like Guestroom, Kitchen, Linen, Amenities and accessories items , able to efficiently explore customer needs and provide professional customized services.
• Regularly analyze customer output and source market structure, anticipate market trends and design products and channels in advance to seize business opportunities.
• Required experienced Sales Executive with comprehensive expertise in Guestroom, Housekeeping, Amenities, Accessories, F&B offerings, and linen items.
• Must be Target Achiever / Monthly Target will be discussed later.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
