We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the tax software market.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our tax software.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the tax or financial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of tax software and industry-specific needs.
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
