Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards set and resolve escalated concerns to reach client satisfaction while taking preventive actions.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client's needs.
Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets by setting up meetings indoor / outdoor with potential clients and listening to their requirements and needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate proposals, presentations, and negotiations on the provided services with clients or potential partners.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Identify services improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
Maintain opportunities with existing clients and map market dynamics such as market and pricing trends.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Assist in the development of an annual Corporate Business Development plan in accordance with approved corporate long-term strategy.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Submit daily, weekly monthly work plans and reports for projects.
Qualifications
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
Experience in account management and building client relationships
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of the marketing industry and influencers
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
