Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Ethical Explorer Travel & Tourism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting the agency's travel services, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced travel industry and engage with customers from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify potential clients and create tailored travel packages to meet their needs. Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business. Present and sell travel services to new clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.

Marketing:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the agency's travel services and offerings. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build the agency's online presence. Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed. Keep up-to-date with travel trends and competitor activities to help shape future marketing strategies.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after travel experiences. Assist customers in selecting the best travel options, including flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Administrative:

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and travel expos.
