VANCOM Digital Media is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing terminologies and a passion for bringing high-value projects to the company. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue by acquiring new clients and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure high-value projects in website development, digital marketing, video production, photography, and related services. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with the admin and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and terminologies to effectively communicate the value of our services. Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Preferred: UAE driving license for client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, particularly within digital marketing or related fields. Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, website development, video production, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. UAE driving license preferred.
