We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Ethical Explorer Travel & Tourism, a leading travel and tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth, increase brand visibility, and promote the company's travel services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Generate new business opportunities and leads in the travel and tourism sector.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Prepare and present tailored travel packages to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote the company's travel products and services.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends in the tourism industry.
Work on content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, to engage the target audience.
Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to increase engagement.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns.
Build long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and identify areas of improvement.
Event Planning & Representation:
Organize and attend travel trade shows, exhibitions, and events to network and showcase the company's offerings.
Represent the company at industry events, building brand awareness and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Work closely with the creative team to design promotional materials that align with brand standards.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales within the tourism sector.
Knowledge of international travel regulations and industry trends.
Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
Creativity in designing and executing promotional campaigns.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
