• Conduct consultations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to understand the student's career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and enrollment statuses in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize enrollment conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
• Promote the institute's courses to prospective students through outbound calls, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Assist in creating and delivering engaging presentations about the institute's offerings.
• Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and student needs to suggest improvements to the course offerings.
• Address and resolve student inquiries, concerns, or objections in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong, supportive relationships with students before and after enrollment.
• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align enrollment strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of campaigns and enrollment strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on enrollment performance, including insights on lead conversions and reasons for non-enrollment.
• Analyze student feedback to improve processes and increase satisfaction.
