Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate in Marketing with fluency in English and Hindi and a dynamic personality ready to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. Whether you're a fresher with a passion for marketing or an experienced professional eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement : Drive and achieve a minimum monthly sales target , working towards exceeding goals with energy and determination.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with leading clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term business partnerships.
• Lead Generation and Conversion : Identify new sales opportunities, pitch services to potential clients, and successfully convert leads into customers.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our creative team and management to develop strategies, execute marketing plans, and meet client needs.
• Market Research and Strategy : Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Marketing Support : Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, presentations, and pitches to attract and retain clients.
• Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, and propose strategies to improve revenue and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education : MBA in Marketing (freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
• Languages : Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Skills :
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for persuasive presentations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Personality : Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with clients, the creative team, and management to achieve business goals.
• Experience : Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
