A Sales & Marketing Executive serves as an indispensable individual at Score Plus Education. Score Plus provides information on Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting and Academic Tutoring support to students' seeking to excel a career for higher studies and better employment opportunities. A counselor will work cooperatively with other departments, branches and operations teams to ensure sales goals are exceeded and clients have a best in class experience. He / She will be responsible to ensure client satisfaction through applying best practices and cooperative teamwork across business channels.

Business Development and Strategy

Responsible for Enrollments Targets as assigned and Promotion of the Test Prep courses in institutional areas i.e. schools/ Colleges/ Institutes

Providing complete information to clients based on their higher educational needs and goals

Tie up with various Schools & colleges for our education products

Encouraging the prospects to walk into the center for counseling

Establishing relationships with the clients to provide best customer service for all courses

Generation of the database of prospective students from schools & colleges

Counsel Students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, study habits, and career planning

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills

Making phone calls to database, inquiries and prospects. Cold calling.

Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone or in person

Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships

Drive and self-motivation to generate revenue by selling company products

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors Degree

Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

Ability to network and build work alliances

Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives

Sales Oriented, confident and self motivated to achieve sales targets

Customer Service & Course Operations

Experience:

• Test Prep Advisor / Sales counselor: 2 years (Preferred)
