We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively marketing the firm's audit, tax and accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the professional services industry, especially in audit, tax and accounts, and be capable of developing strategies to increase the firm's visibility, brand presence, and overall market share.
Key Responsibilities :
-Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new clients for audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.
-Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients to showcase the firm's expertise in audit, tax, and advisory services.
-Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to meet those requirements.
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
-Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and long-term relationship building.
-Maintain and update sales activity reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
UAE Driving license.
Experience in Accounting or Audit firm is preferred.
An attractive commission will be provided, offering significant earning potential based on performance and successful client acquisitions

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
