The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing sales processes, and analyzing market trends to support our sales goals. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for driving business growth.

? Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.

? Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them effectively.

? Generate qualified leads through various channels including marketing, events, and partnerships.

? Maintain and update customer databases.

? Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

? Track and report on sales performance metrics.

? Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

? Analyze competitors and develop strategies to increase market share.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

? Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

? Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

? Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness.

? Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and follow up communication with clients

? Formulate customer retention plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

? 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

? Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
