Position Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within the hospitality sector. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the hospitality industry.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and secure new business.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional events.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the management team to drive decision-making.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with overall marketing objectives and participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: 25 to 35 years old.
• Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Driving License: UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Education: Master's degree in Hospitality Industry or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Skills:
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
