Prime Wellness Training Institute Center is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 2 years experience in UAE to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that promote our services and enhance brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving engagement, attracting clients, and expanding our reach in the health and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences.
Define target demographics and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments.
Content Creation and Management:
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
Develop engaging blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to educate and inspire our audience.
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of content.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media accounts and online communities to drive engagement and increase followership.
Implement digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor website traffic, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications materials.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing collateral.
Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Event Planning and Promotion:
Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our services and expertise.
Develop event marketing materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional giveaways.
Collaborate with partners and sponsors to maximize exposure and attendance at events.
Marketing Collateral Development:
Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product catalogs.
Work with graphic designers and printers to produce high-quality collateral that effectively communicates our brand message.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI for management review.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the health, wellness, or education industry.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and measure their impact.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
