Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our stainless steel fabrication services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and proactive prospecting efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Present our stainless steel fabrication capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, provide technical advice, and propose suitable solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the stainless steel fabrication industry, commercial kitchen equipments trading or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Mandatory valid driving license
• Fluency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
