We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

Position: Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our agency. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensuring the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and upholds our company's reputation for excellence.
• Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the executive team to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Salary + fuel + commition
