Key Responsibilities: Conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities to promote our financial services to potential clients in shops and offices. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Present and explain our services to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can address their financial needs. Work towards achieving set sales targets and KPIs. Provide feedback to the management team about the market trends and competitive offerings. Requirements: Proficient in English and Hindi. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Must be self-driven, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines and sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
